Oakfield House and Oakfield Cottage are two excellent self-catering houses, sleeping ten and five respectively, in the island's main town of Tobermory.
The houses are situated on the hillside above the harbour, set in delightful, well-maintained gardens, just a short walk from the 'main street' that curves around the bay. A fantastic location for a family holiday, with all of Tobermory's amenities on your doorstep. The two houses are part of the same building, but have separate entrances, driveways and gardens, so retain their privacy.

Things to Do
Tobermory is a truly picturesque setting for a holiday. The Isle of Mull forms part of the Inner Hebrides - a collection of islands off the west coast of Scotland and a fantastic holiday destination, being known for its wild landscapes, small population, fantastic wildlife and beaches. The main street, which lines the sheltered harbour, is a wonderful place to take a stroll - you can watch the small fishing and pleasure boats coming and going, stop for a coffee in one of the cafes, or purchase something from one of the boutique gift shops or galleries.
There are organised boat trips, wildlife tours and photography workshops on offer, as well as whale watching tours and regular services to outlying islands like the Treshnish Isles and Staffa. Tobermory has an arts centre (An Tobar) and a theatre on the outskirts of town, as well as a museum and distillery.
Further afield, there's a cheese farm (with cafe and tours), Calgary beach (30-minute drive) and some fantastic scenery to explore, with forestry tracks and coastal paths galore. Don't forget to pack your walking boots and some binoculars.
