Lileas is a great holiday cottage located in the Isle of Mull’s main town Tobermory,. A picturesque harbour town famed for its brightly coloured buildings and beautiful natural harbour. Located in upper Tobermory, Lileas sits between Struan and Cruachan - two other holiday cottages which share this location.

Lileas has parking for up to three cars and a lawned area to the side, which has a burn flowing alongside it (please note for those with small children). A patio area to the front of the cottage make a lovely place to sit and take in the surrounds.

Entering Lileas you find a welcoming and spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with a staircase leading to the upper floor. A double bedroom on the ground floor has views to the garden and plenty of storage for belongings. There is a a bathroom on the ground floor too, featuring a shower unit, basin and w.c. A useful separate utility room houses a washing machine and dryer and provides extra space for storing belongings.

The property is well furnished throughout with thoughtful finishing touches. There is comfortable seating for six guests in the sitting area, and a wood burning stove adds to the ambience, making sure guests are cosy no matter what the weather. The furniture is all of good quality and the dining table comfortably seats six, with a view to the south.

The kitchen has a great layout and is well equipped for your self-catering holiday. The patio door can be slid open allowing easy access from the kitchen to the outside picnic table.

Heading upstairs you reach the landing and from here you can access the twin bedroom, double bedroom and a second bathroom. The twin bedroom is well proportioned and dual aspect velux windows (equipped with blinds), bring in lots of light; a feature which the double bedroom also enjoys. The bathroom is well appointed with a bath with shower over, basin and w.c.

Guests staying at Lileas will find a well equipped, clean and comfortable base on arrival, meaning all you need to do is unpack, relax and start planning your island adventures! The harbour town of Tobermory is a picturesque base with a great selection of places to eat. There is an arts centre, just five minutes from the door with a great café and gallery. Another five minute stroll, downhill, will bring you to the sea and the main street. Boats depart from the harbour for whale watching tours and trips to outlying islands such as Staffa and the Treshnish Isles. Or you can book a wildlife tour on the island - great for birdwatchers and outdoor enthusiasts.

Kitchen: The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer (under counter with three drawers), kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and range of cookware and utensils; baking equipment and cafétiere. There are some store cupboard basics provided too. The separate utility room has a washing machine and dryer.

Bedrooms: There are two double bedrooms (standard sized double beds) and one twin bedroom in the house, all with memory foam mattresses. One double on the ground floor and a twin and double on the first floor. Hair dryer provided.

Bathroom: There is a shower room on the ground floor with shower unit, basin and w.c. On the first floor there is a bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and w.c.

Garden: Patio area to front of Lileas. Small patio/garden area to side with stream running through (please note, may not be suitable for those with small children).

Heating: Central heating and log burner in the living area.

Wood Burning Stove: Wood burning stove in the living area and supply of logs at the house for guests to use.

Bed Linen and Towels: Bed linen and towels are provided.
