We had a cracking stay at Tigh na Failte in November. Weather was as perfect as November could be, blue skies and little wind. Cottage very well equipped, garden leading to the beach was great. House very well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of books, jigsaws and games for all ages. Local pub was great and Iona is stunning. Perfect holiday

We were so lucky to catch the best weather for ages, cottage well appointed with everything you could want, great location, great amenities nearby, the Keelrow restaurant and the Creel seafood shack on the harbour were both wonderful.

Lovely cottage in a great location! Especially good garden for our dog, complete with beach access.
The Keel Row, The Ninth Wave, The Creel and The Lazy Cow all within walking distance and provide great ambience and wonderful food.
Not forgetting the many daily ferries fir popping over to Iona for wonderful walks and hospitality.

We had a lovely week here in September, the dog had an absolute ball in the garden & on the beach…he even had his own welcome pack of treats & poo bags!
We bought some logs & had the fire lit a couple of nights, very cozy.
The house had everything we needed (although a 2nd frying pan would be handy for breakfasts, but we kept food warm in the oven & cooked food in shifts)
Bedrooms were cozy & the en-suite shower was lovely…everyone ended up using it!
Good weather for most of the week, so went to Iona for 2 days…love the abbey, very peaceful.
Would stay again.

The most perfect holiday!
Warm, comfy cottage which had absolutely everything's we needed.
Great wrap around garden with access to beach and heavenly views from living room window.
First class location. Great local pub with folk session on the Wednesday evening. Local shop with good selection of essentials.
We ditched our car for the week and used our feet to investigate the stunning local area.
Fidden Beach, The Pottie Path then to Kintra, up the rocks by the beach and beyond. Three days spent on Iona which has the most stunning beaches. Heavenly.
Can’t wait to return.

We were unfortunate to choose a bad week for weather! However, being able to watch dramatic lightening storms and seas from the comfort of our cosy lounge was superb. The cottage was warm, cosy and well equipped and it was great to meet Peter who came to cut the grass. The beach literally at the bottom of the garden was tremendous both for us and the dog. Good or bad weather I would fully recommend this cottage. In addition the Keel Row pub served fantastic food for both lunches and dinner.

Idyllic location. View from house is stunning. Comfortable accommodation, and great to have a pub serving food and a village shop a short stroll away. Great regular ferry across to Iona, which also has good eateries.

With breathtaking views across to Iona this was a perfectly located cottage. A peaceful, well equipped, comfortable place to spend a week with my adult daughter. But would equally suit, younger families with direct access to beach and safe garden. A short stroll from the door to a lovely local pub/restaurant with occasional music, wee shop for essentials , the amazing seafood shack for fresh perfectly cooked scallops, langoustine, etc , as well as the ferry port for trips to Iona, Staffa, we could have left the car parked for a week, loads of local walks for us and the dog. AMAZING

The house is perfect for a long weekend or longer, lounging on the beach at the bottom of the garden or in the house if you don't have the weather on your side. Beyond the stunning natural scenery, this side of the island also benefits from a number of restaurants / pubs within walking distance. The ferry to Iona is also a few metres away. Highly recommend!!

With unrivalled views, direct access to the beach and a minutes walk to an excellent pub and fish shack, the cottage is the perfect location for exploring Mull and Iona.
Inside you’ll feel immediately at home with all the comforts you need, including an excellent DVD collection on the off chance it rains (apparently it rains a lot in Mull, but not during our visit!).
We had an unforgettable trip and I hope to return one day.

The cottage was perfect in every way plenty of space , very well equipped the owners had thought of everything, The location of the cottage is fantastic a beach at the end of the garden , views of Iona, well stocked shop , pub across the road great food. Within walking distance there is the lazy Cow farm shop well worth a visit and a fish bar too. Lots of great walks and beach’s close by.
Fionnphort is an ideal location you can pop over to Iona costs £3 on the Ferry , beautiful beeches walks. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Really lovely property right on Fionnphort bay, overlooking Baile Mòr and Iona Abbey. Extensive gardens to the front to soak in the scenery and we surprisingly enjoyed watching the ferry come and go all day. The property itself is well stocked, cosy and reasonably comfortable. We had a lovely 7 night stay, just wish it was longer!

We had a wonderful week. We especially loved the view and the coal fire! There was everything that we needed and the property was clean and very comfortable, it's nice to have decent sofas and chairs in a rental property! Sunday lunch at the pub was great and the Spar stocked all that was needed. You won't be disappointed if you book this lovely cottage.

Lovely cottage, great location right by the beach, kids loved playing there everyday. Cottage has everything you need, was cosy warm in winter and kitchen is very well stocked. It was great to visit Mull in winter when everything is quieter :)
