A fantastic place to stay, with the best views ever, and one night we even saw the Northern Lights- stunning! A well equipped, comfortable and cosy property, a perfect base to explore the island, would definitely stay again.

2nd visit to The Studio Apartment and wish I could own it. Great location, picture perfect view. Sit on the (slightly basic) sofa and the view is awesome - Duart Castle across the bay. It seems surreal. The flat itself has everything you need if not looking to break the bank. Beds comfortable. well lit. Bath with shower head, but cannot stand up due to slanted roof. Recommend Staffa Tours - Wildlife Adventures with Sea Life Mull and also their Staffa and Treshnish Isles trip - Awesome wildlife. So much to see and do if you like it peaceful with stunning vista's and wildlife. Love it!

Great place to stay! My wife doesn't like the weather in Scotland so I persuaded my mate Adam to join me. The apartment was perfect, with not only 2 beds on different levels, but also a WC on each level. Ideal!! The views from apartment amazing! No golden eagles, but regular sighting of a magnificent hen harrier, I'd never seen one before, amazing sight! The isle is quite big so the apartment being located midway was ideal, it meant we could go to places and have time to explore. Wildlife boat trip from Tobermory will stay with me for the rest of my life, what an experience! Great time!

The studio apartment was lovely, surprisingly spacious and with lots of space downstairs for shoes and to leave shoes. The views were spectacular, of the sea and Duart Castle. Regular sightings of sea eagles, deer and buzzards. Also very handy to explore North, central and South Mull. Excellent communication and information from Isle of Mull cottages and Pat, the Studio “caretaker”. Very happy and had a great stay.

This property is perfect for two people with the proviso that the accommodation is upstairs. Very comfortable with good WiFi and television reception. Magnificent view of Duart Castle with Ben nevis in distance. Red deer, sea eagles and hen harriers seen from windows. Handy for ferry and happily stay again

We had a wonderful stay in the Studio. The views across the sea are incredible! The kitchen was well equipped and the place was very keen. We stayed there with our 6mo baby and they provided a good high chair and a cot. Only changes we would make would be to have a lighter duvet available for the summer and a mattress in the cot. Still giving 5 stars because the views are the best!

This is our third holiday at The Studio so we must like it! It was a very hot and airless week and we didn’t see much wildlife - perhaps everything had gone to ground with heat exhaustion! The apartment became extremely warm; a blind on the lounge skylight would have been beneficial. We never cease to wonder at the magnificent view across the bay.

A delightful apartment , equipped with everything you need . Fantastic views and the local White tailed Eagles an added bonus. Aim to back hopefully later this year but more realistically next year

The apartment is light and has all that you need. The location is stunning and also well placed for exploring the South of Mull and Iona, as well as points North. We enjoyed wonderful weather and loved exploring the island.
Pat and Steve were very helpful and prompt in sorting out a problem, although it looks as if the cooker should now be replaced. WIFI access was very good, but water pressure seemed to be a problem. Lighter weight bedding would be a bonus, and the small room is very compact.
Nonetheless, we'd highly recommend the property and hope to return.

We had a great week. The Studio apartment had everything we needed. Even the weather turned up trumps - the wellies and wet weather gear never came out of the car. At times it was nice to simply sit outside, admire the stunning view and keep watch on the local white tailed eagles, rather than face the tortuous Mull roads.

The apartment is lovely, such a great location and like others we loved the view of the castle and the ferry! We had an issue with the cooker which the housekeeper sorted out straightaway. We tried to order with Lochbuie Larder but it didn't work out. Great location for exploring the island, and Staffa - where we saw the columns and puffins - and Iona, where we had the Abbey to ourselves. We'd definitely visit again.

Fantastic little place - amazing view while washing up!! The Studio has everything you’ll need for a very comfortable stay. We used the meals service from The Lochbuie Larder & the food was lovely. We’ll definitely be back to Mull !!

We stayed at the Studio apartment at the Kilpatrick Fsrm. Despite the incessant rain, we enjoyed walking and the stunning views were wonderful. We had a view of Duarte Castle out our kitchen windows. Since it was my ancestral home, it was all good. The housekeeper was helpful and friendly. The recommendation for the local food preparation and delivery was much apprevisted. On top of that the meals were quite delicious. Transportation was a problem, but we got around nonetheless. People at the Craignure Info Center steered us to a local man who was most helpful. Hope to return. Our neighbor on the farm, the family next farm down, the staff at Duarte and the local hospital staff were all so very helpful.

Fantastic location for visiting all parts of Mull. The cottage is clean, comfortable and very peaceful with plenty of room for two adults and a teenager. The views from the cottage are simply spectacular and it's a lovely walk up to the castle with it's excellent tea room.

Loved the location and the views - good place from which to visit all areas of Mull. Comfortable and peaceful accommodation. Just wish it had a proper shower! Nevertheless would happily go back there!

Great cottage, fantastic location, fabulous views and great wildlife all within easy reach. Everything worked and everything we needed was on hand. A good base from which to export the south of the island, but nowhere is really the far away. Would certain go back as we didn't really want to leave - perhaps two weeks next time!

Just back from a fabulous week in this cosy, comfortable cottage. Cottage was centrally located for travelling on Mull. Weather was tremendous, got in a lot of walking and it was great to come back to our lovely accommodation. Would highly recommend.

This bijou property is well located in every respect. As bird watchers we were thrilled to see the Sea Eagles from the bedroom window, on arrival. How good is that!!!!!
We found the Studio very cosy, light and airy, with fantastic views from all windows. Highly recommended and we hope to return.

This was our second visit to this excellent centre for a stay on Mull and this week there was wall to wall sunshine. Very convenient for the ferry with amazing views from all windows.
Resident sea eagles gave amazing flying display one breezy evening. Cuckoo sang constantly and swallows chattered to us form the bedroom window ledge.
Bright, comfortable and cosy accommodation. Would recommend to others.

Second visit for us, saw just about every animal possible this time in the fortnight, very cosy particularly as the weather was the worst for years. Like others we just stared out the windows much of the time. Soul soothing!
