We came up for the Mull rally and Loren Cottage was perfect in every way.

What a beautiful place to call home. We stayed for 3 weeks, October through mid November. The place is the perfect cross between old world charm(stone walls) and modern (furnishings and finishes). Whoever did the design/decorating got it right. The beds are very comfortable. The linens of high quality. The little perks were having complete control over the temperature inside the cottage. I have been in plenty of places where this is not an option. The other fantastic thing is having a washing machine and a separate “real dryer”. And lastly the views are to die for.

Had a wonderful stay in Lorne Cottage. Everything is well considered and the best quality. The views are stunning. You will never tire of it. It was scrupulously clean, warm and cosy with everything you might need provided.. Including a personalised welcome for us and our dog. I can’t fault our stay it really was a home from home. Isle of Mull cottages do ensure you get great quality accommodation. I will certainly use them again.

The house is in a great location and the views are amazing. The owners have a focus on detail that makes Lorne Cottage an exceptional choice. I can’t see a reason to stay anywhere else, it doesn’t fall down in any area

A beautiful well maintained cottage, which kept us safe and dry during the stormy weather.

Just returned home from a very comfortable stay at Lorne Cottage. A beautiful place to stay with a most incredible view of Tobermory Bay from the living room windows and garden. The property is very well appointed and felt very luxurious with quality fixtures and fittings. A great place to return to after a day out on this fabulous island. This is the second time using Isle of Mull cottages. We chose them because the quality can be guaranteed. We were not disappointed and they will definitely be our first port of call on any return trips.

Beautifully designed house with upside-down layout, well-equipped and comfortable with a fantastic view of the harbour. Easy to get out of Tobermory and and a pleasure to come back to after our long walks with the dogs. A lovely place to stay!

A great cottage with everything you could want, and fantastic views of the harbour.

Lorne Cottage is a terrific place to stay for a holiday on Mull. The location, looking down to the harbour in Tobermory, just couldn’t be better and the cottage itself is stunning. The accommodation is of the highest standard and there are great little extras , like treats for the dog! Highly recommended.

My wife and I have rented many holiday properties over the years, and Lorne Cottage is up there with the best of them. The owners have clearly lavished care and attention on small details, the furnishings and the interior decor; successfully putting together what I would class as luxury hotel standard accommodation.
We only ate in a few nights during our stay, but the kitchen is very well equipped and would suit anyone intending to cook more elaborate meals. And the views are simply stunning!
We intend to return to Mull again soon and this would be our first-choice go-to, without question.

Lorne Cottage provided a great base for a holiday on Mull. We are frequent visitors to Mull and have stayed in a number of locations over the years and can safely say that Lorne Cottage provides incredible views from the lounge, particularly over the Harbour and beyond to the Ardnamurchan peninsula. THe Cottage is well equipped and extremely comfortable. The front garden was a real pleasure to sit in as we were blessed with fine weather. We will certainly return.

Brilliant base for a holiday on Mull. Great location with incredible views from the lounge which means staying in on rainy days is still a treat. The views certainly make the tv superfluous. Cottage is warm, comfortable and has everything you’d need. It even has sharp cooking knives which is a rarity in holiday cottages! Thank you
