Crosslake is a very well-presented holiday cottage, situated in the picture-postcard port of Tobermory and well suited to a small family group or couples. The cottage is located in a residential area of the town, just a short walk from the colourful harbour front, and its shops and cafes.
Outside the property, there is ample parking for two cars on the drive, and a spacious lawned garden with mature shrubs. You enter the cottage via the kitchen, which is very well equipped for self-catering.
The hallway gives access to all rooms in this single storey property. The main living and dining area is a really welcoming space. There are a nice selection of books and games, a television and an electric instant flame effect stove to provide heat.
There are large glass double doors that open up the view at the front, and bring in lots of natural light, with the dining table perfectly placed for making the most of the outlook. The doors slide open to access the balcony area; an excellent outdoor dining space that gets lots of sunshine throughout the day and has steps leading to the lawn.
Crosslake has three bedrooms, a beautifully appointed family bathroom with large walk in shower and w.c. and a separate basin, and a separate cloakroom with w.c. and basin. Both twin bedrooms are located to the rear of the cottage and have plenty of storage space for belongings and views to the rear garden. The double bedroom is a spacious and light room with views towards the harbour. Again there is plenty of storage and there is also a wall mounted television too.
Guests staying at Crosslake will really appreciate the impeccable standard that the house is kept to. The house is clean, bright and very well presented throughout. From the cottage, you can walk to the harbour front in around 10 minutes and explore the gift shops, galleries and places to eat.
There are lovely walks along the coast from both sides of Tobermory harbour and guests with children have easy access to the Tobermory playpark, which is just around the corner from the house. There is also a tennis court that can be hired and other sports facilities and playing fields.
From Tobermory you can drive west and enjoy the superb Calgary beach, with its large expanse of white sands within 30 minutes’ drive. Boat trips also depart from Tobermory harbour to the isles as well as whale watching tours, making it a brilliant base to make the most of your holiday.

Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with electric cooker and induction hob, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer (ice box), microwave, dishwasher, cafetiere, tassimo coffee machine with supply of coffee pods, washing machine and dryer. Store cupboard basics (oil/salt/pepper) provided too.
Bedrooms: There are two twin bedrooms at Crosslake and a double bedroom with a king sized bed and television with freesat channels. Hair dryer provided.
Bathroom: There is one family bathroom with large walk in shower unit, w.c. and basin. There is also a further cloakroom in the property with w.c. and hand basin. Heated towel rails.
Garden: Good sized garden with large lawned area and mature shrubs and hedging. Outdoor table and chairs.
Heating: Electric wall panel heaters. Electric flame fire in the living room.
Bed Linen and Towels: Bed linen and towels are provided.
