Beautiful cottage Stunning location Clean Well equipped Comfy beds Warm and Welcoming. Saw Golden eagle 2 Otters Seals Stags Beautiful beaches Epic Scenery Even sat and talked to "Hamish" the Highland Coo (huge bull) for about half an hour. All in all fantastic!

Clean and tidy; extremely well appointed; nice warm property. Well equipped with plenty of DVD's, books, maps, and other material showing things to do, as well as equipment provided for bird spotting, etc. Plenty of wood available for the fire, and although there was no TV reception, the wifi was good.
Location was perfect. Would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely amazing. The house was warm, clean and everything was supplied. The host was also on hand anytime , nothing was any trouble. We had sun everyday. Walks on the beach. Amazing views of the bay. Will definitely return and definitely recommend. Perfect

Well.. what can we say? The house was so lovely, so comfortable and warm, so clean and well equipped. And on top of that: with the most brilliant view ever…. And if you will believe it…. The sun came out for us the complete week!!! Very much enjoyed it!!

I loved staying here! Perfect location and as a base to explore the island with stunning views of the beach. The cottage was big enough for all 5 of us (middle aged blokes!) and was really clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again

The house is in an absolutely perfect location, with views of the glorious white sandy beach from almost all rooms. The house was not clean on arrival and would benefit from replacing dirty / stained / poorly maintained items like the downstairs sofas and the kettle, neither of which we were able to use during our stay.

Location location location. Absolutely brilliant place right on Calgary bay. The house was very well equipped with a great kitchen and loads of space. Our children loved being able to walk to the beach - simply a wonder holiday on a fantastic island.

Fabulous location , first stay in the north of the Island and the house made it really special.Cosy , comfortable and relaxing. Great selection of books, DVD and game, however, some minor maintenance issues to be addressed

We had a fabulous holiday. The cottage was fantastic and made a great base for our holiday. It had everything you could want and more and was very comfortable. Not to mention the amazing location.

Loved our stay at this spacious cottage right next to the beautiful Calgary Bay. The cottage had everything we needed and we found it very comfortable, with plenty of space for our three teenage children. The weather was kind so everyone enjoyed swimming in the clear sea and relaxing on the white sands. Coffee on the deserted beach first thing in the morning was a highlight - simple pleasures. Would love to return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners had thought of everything for general living but also for leisure pursuits. It was very welcoming and homely. The location was stunning and very convenient for the beech. We have already booked for next year.

What a beautiful setting and excellently equipped cottage.
We could not have asked for another more from this cottage.
The DVDs were not really to our taste but if that is the only negative then I would take that as a near perfect accomodation and setting. Beautiful wildlife nearby including treecreepers and babies, baby robins and greater spotted woodpecker as well as deer in the area behind the cottage.

Calgary Bay Cottage is absolutely wonderful.
Right next to the beach with stunning views - not many places you see red deer from your bedroom window first thing in the morning.
The cottage is immaculately clean and very well presented. It has everything and anything you could possibly want. Great selection of books and games if you hit a wet weather patch and plenty of facilities and furniture for ‘little people’ - cot, high chairs, small activity table and chairs etc, inc a cupboard full of beach toys.
It really is brilliant. We commented on the high quality of everything. Perfect.

Excellent cottage in a stunning location. Well equipped with all we needed. Best no TV. Time to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Fully recommend this cottage: a wonderful location; and, very well equipped - a home from home! Cottage was clean from top to bottom on arrival and could not fault it in anyway. So many wonderful walks that were started from the front door. Stunning beach, clear waters meant a swim most days after a mornings walk. So much doorstep wildlife too; otters seen every day along the shoreline by the pier! Truly a most magical holiday. Thank you.

Loved our stay in this cottage. The location is obviously stunning. The layout of the cottage is great - plenty of space for us all and the kids got a whole floor to themselves! Everything we needed was there including some spare batteries for the kids toys. We have never been to such a well stocked holiday house. Throughly recommend.

What a perfect spot for a holiday in Mull - a stone’s throw from one of the most beautiful bays and super cosy and warm for a winter break. The cottage was very well equipped and really comfortable - we’d definitely come again and have already recommended to friends!

Great wee cottage right on the beach. Very well equipped throughout, plus lots of books, DVDs and games for those wet days! Enjoyed the wood burner, also well stocked with enough logs. We hadn’t realised the Mull Rally was on the week we booked- it came right past the front door! All in all a good week, would definitely come back here.

We had a lovely stay here. The cottage was extremely cosy, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The log burner was perfect for the chilly evenings. Ok, there was no TV signal but internet access was fine and I brought a HDMI cable to stream a little TV through the laptop.
The location of the cottage is absolutely perfect and we had some lovely walks with some nice wildlife sightings including grey seal and otter within the bay.
We will definitely return!

As close to the sea as we could be. Colours, light and eagles. Very comfortable evenings after days of walking or fishing. Easy to reach excellent restaurants. Space to relax and enjoy the sun, rain and laughter.

Excellent , stress free week to be had at Calgary bay cottage . The cottage was very well equipped with the hottest oven- known to man - be careful , things cook very quickly - the games were an added bonus and helped us when the weather was bad - our sons loved the sea , swimming four or five times but my husband only once - it was too cold for me ! We loved seeing the otters swimming in the bay but we weren’t lucky enough to see eagles - if we came to mull again , would use this cottage again

A stunning location with beautiful turquoise sea lapping the bay. Very peaceful & relaxing.
Our 2 year old grandson loved throwing stones in the water & encountering the sea chasing him!
Did lots of walking & enjoyed visits to Iona & Ulva.

Beautifully presented cottage with absolutely stunning views of the bay from several windows. It was particularly well equipped, especially the kitchen which we fully appreciated whilst staying over the Christmas period - full Christmas dinner was easily served! It was very nice to have enough logs for the whole week. Having older children, the upstairs layout was fantastic to give them their own space. We'd have no hesitation in recommending this cottage and hope to stay again in future.

Fantastic cottage in a great location. We all had a wonderful holiday seeing all sorts of wildlife. A golden eagle even flew round the beach and we watched it from the cottage. The cottage is very well equipped and very comfortable definitely added to the stress free holiday we needed.

We were extremely impressed with this holiday cottage let. It was so well equipped, clean and situated in a stunning location. There were four adults in our group and we all enjoyed our stay immensely, the views were wonderful despite the inclement weather. Home from home!

My son in law swam every day and my husband fished from the pier opposite the house so happy people all around! The cottage’s location is amazing and we were able to watch many sunsets and stars above with no light pollution. You definitely slow down here, many walks from the cottage were pram friendly, watching the eagles above soaring was another great pleasure.
The cottage was extremely comfortable, we loved the log fire, everything was catered for and I would highly recommend this for a family or couples holiday with all the daily stresses draining away on arrival!

We (four adults) loved our stay at Calgary Bay Cottage. There are many things that we felt expressed a generous sharing of his own home on the part of the owner. We have not stayed in a better equipped holiday let. It was a joy to look out of the window and watch the water lapping on the shore of Calgary beach.
