A warm and welcoming cottage, my stay included storm ashley that saw a high spring tide and strong winds nearly reaching the house. great area for rambling, photography both landscape and dark sky. a definate location to return to.

From start to finish our holiday was perfect. The location is wonderful with such a beautiful view. We enjoyed sitting in the enclosed front porch when it was windy outside, just watching the tide and wildlife.
Great location for popping over to Iona and Staffa and some lovely walks right from the door. We even caught some fresh fish for the BBQ and enjoyed kayaking in the bay.
The house had everything we could possibly need with the kitchen being well stocked with utensils, pots etc and tonnes of spices! Would highly recommend a stay in Maple.

Lovely cottage, well equipped, beautiful garden, fantastic outlook. Even the sunsets are wonderful. Perfect place for some rest and relaxation.

Lovely cottage and all one needs. We are every mean in the garden which is beautiful and a real sun trap. Each night we sat in the front porch and watch the sun go down over the bay. Just carefully watch out for the large boulders when coming out the drive way. They need to be moved away a little

Delightful stay at Maple Cottage. Loved listening to the birds, watching the sheep and bunnies, and enjoying the front and back porch and patio. Agree with Andrew F. About moving the stones along the drive. I understand why they are there, but it’s snug getting in and out of the drive and they are not easily visible.
