We can thoroughly recommend staying at Drumbuie View in Mull. Everything from the booking to the day of our departure went smoothly and fulfilled our high expectations. During our time we enjoyed spectacular views of the surrounding area, the northern lights and an abundance of wildlife, including 5 young deer in the garden, for over an hour. (all this was from the living room). The cottage itself was home from home, we loved it.

Really lovely comfy cottage. The amenities were great - lots of space and very comfortable. The location is great - close enough to Tobermory for shopping but far enough away to feel out in the countryside. Great view from bench behind cottage. Very happy!

We have just returned from a week at Drumbuie. Unfortunatly, the weather was absolutey dreadful, so we didnt get to do as much as we'd hoped. The cottage is comfortable, spacious, well equipped and in a great location for getting around the island. We had deer in the garden and were lucky enough see the Northern Lights. We didnt manage to see anything from the bench due to the weather. We would highly recommend staying here. Lynn communicates very well.

Blown away by the view from this cosy comfortable cottage. The whole island is a nature lover's dream and the garden is a great place to sit and watch it.

We have just returned from yet another stay at the fabulous Drumbuie View and we stayed for 3 weeks this time and that's still not long enough! The cottage is in an amazing position overlooking The Sound of Mull and we spent a lot of time sitting on the bench at the back of the cottage watching white tailed eagles, golden eagles, otters, seals, etc. We had red deer and stags in the garden some mornings and the view is nothing short of breathtaking.
The cottage is very spacious, clean and comfortable and it felt like our home from home.

Very comfortable cottage, ideally positioned for exploring the Island. Brilliant views from bench at back of property overlooking Sound of Mull, and when there is a good sunset the colours of the sky, hills and water are amazing. Would definitely recommend this property.

Ideal location between Salen and Tobermory. The cottage is very quiet! The amenities are amazing, and the owners are very available even if they're not on site. We had a wonderful stay at Drumbuie View and we will definitely be back!

The cottage is situated in a perfect position between Salen and Tobermory with spectacular views over the Sound of Mull. It is beautifully laid out, warm, comfortable and really well equipped with excellent facilities- home from home. A week wasn’t long enough!

This is a wonderful cottage. It was very warm, comfortable and tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. It had a full range of facilities of the highest standard to ensure a very relaxed stay. There is plenty of space for cars and outside area allows for spectacular views of the Sound of Mull along with sightings of wildlife, stags and buzzards being frequent visitors. The cottage is conveniently situated in a very quiet location only 15 minutes from Tobermory.

As you approach Drumbuie View you know you are going to be in for a treat as it is situated on an elevated position overlooking The Sound of Mull and it has a bench perfectly placed behind the property to have a perfect view across and up and down The Sound to watch the boats, the wildlife the tides and the ever-changing views go by all in a peaceful and tranquil location.
The property itself is very spacious, clean and well equipped. It felt like we were home from home we felt that comfortable.
Fantastic hospitality from the owners and we were very sorry to have to leave.

A lovely and extremely well equipped and comfortable holiday cottage. Felt at home straight away! Beds were so comfy and just could not fault the accommodation. Brilliant location , meant we could get into Tobermory and Salen with ease, as well as exploring the west coast. Saw otters and had the pleasure of deer in the garden. We were sad to leave.

This is a spotlessly clean, spacious, beautiful cottage. The owners clearly stay here themselves and have thought of everything for your comfort. The views from the picnic bench outside the French doors and the bench on the high bank overlooking the sound of Mull are stunning. Deer come in the garden! It is very central so is ideal for exploring the entire island. I would strongly recommend this cottage - thanks again Lynne

Very comfortable cottage in a good location to access the island. We had been a little concerned about the closeness of the main road, but this was not a problem at all!
Spotlessly clean on arrival ..so well equipped with everything you needed and more , all quality items which is nice to have on holiday.
The view from the bench on the bank behind the cottage is absolute stunning, right down the Sound of Mull..we hadn’t expected this.
Lots of deer on the hills around, buzzards daily, and otter in the bay below.

Stunning cottage in a superb location to visit all parts of the island. All the fixtures and fittings are a very high spec. A lovely comfy bed and sofa which I know aren’t high on most peoples list but having walked miles during the day it was lovely to relax in comfort ! The kitchen is well equipped with every pot and pan you will need. Plenty of parking out the front and a great bench positioned on the bank for fantastic views over the coast. All in all 5/5 will certainly return.

We have had a lovely holiday in this beautiful cottage. Very cosy and comfortable with everything you need. We would be pleased to recommend Drumbuie View to family and friends and hope to return again soon.

Excellent cottage in an excellent location. Very well equipped and all appliances to a high spec. Very clean and well organised. Nice welcome pack when we arrived - much appreciated. Good high spec smart TV which allowed us to view missed programmes on catch-up services. Loved the location - the north of the island and the wonders of Loch Na Keal all very accessible. And next time we visit we'll know that the Water Heater switch in the kitchen is not a backup system but absolutely necessary for avoiding cold showers on the Monday. Will certainly return

Fully equipped clean cottage
Lots of wildlife on the door step red deers in the garden and eagles over the garden.
Shame about the restricted view of the sound of mull and not been able to get to the shore line to look for otters.

Very comfortable and well equipped property; well situated for travelling to all areas of Mull as well as the Ardnamurchan Penninsular

Nice and relaxing accommodation. Though not very disable friendly. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen and lounge. Shame about the restricted view of the Sound of Mull. Nice to be able to watch the deer coming down off the hills in the evening.
